  • I love this place and I went there many times. But I don’t recommend you to visit this garden now (December 2020). Only guided tours are available, and it changes the experience totally. On this tour you can’t walk, as you want, you can’t enjoy the silence and nature. You have to follow the guide, who stops every 50 meters for 10-15 minutes and reads text from Wikipedia about this or that tree. We spent 10 minutes staring at the lettuce bed. Seriously! The tour lasts 2 hours, and 1,5 hours of this time you just standing in the crowd and waiting. It’s boring, tiresome and disappointing. And you can’t leave the group, you always have to stay close to the guide. After this tour they basically escort you to the exit (probably to be sure that you won’t enjoy this place). I understand that administration tries to control visitors during this hard times but they managed it in the worst possible way.
