Visit the first regional museum in the country at Museo del Caribe, a hub of culture and education in Caribbean Culture Park. Exhibits include displays of the area’s natural landscape and about Gabriel Garcia Marquez, an author and recipient of the 1982 Nobel Peace Prize for Literature. Do not miss the audio exhibits of indigenous peoples around Columbia, where you can listen to their various dialects. Be aware that the attraction does not offer English explanations on the exhibits, nor does it offer English audio guides.
