Take a walk through history with a visit to one of the city's oldest streets, Paseo Yugoslavo. The street dates back to the mid-19th century, when it was originally a simple dirt road with wooden railings. The street was one of the first to have buildings, and among those buildings was the Baburizza Palace, a private residence that has been housed the Museum of Fine Arts since 1916. The street also offers a commanding view, including sites of the harbor and ships coming and going, as well as beaches. Much of the historical architecture has been preserved, and you'll find the street lined with houses, restaurants, and cafes. Paseo Yugoslavo is just one of the many highlights you can arrange to see using our , online itinerary creator Edition.
