We paid a ticket that I considered a warm pool entrance and lunch. As soon as we arrived we were taken the menu option we wanted and the time we wanted lunch. In the morning the pool was ok, they have only two cabins and few bathrooms, not very clean. The pool water nice temperature but floated mushrooms We went to lunch we were taken the menu we were offered drinks and a tea or coffee after dessert, when we finished and we were leaving we were told that all the drinks were out of what we paid for the lunch, we had to pay 38 thousand extra pesos, plus we were being charged drinks that were not consumed, a machine drink costs 1500 pesos and natural juices 3 thousand. Then we returned to the pool and in the afternoon it was filled and the areas to rest with plastic Coca-Cola chairs very close together and uncomfortable. We understand that there may be additional ones, but it is important that you communicate so that you do not have surprises.
Si buscas un lugar bonito, con harto verde y donde pasarla bien en familia, recomiendo Ainahue, tiene toboganes (se paga aparte) donde los niños descargaran toda pila que llevan, se come al aire libre... more »If you are looking for a beautiful place, with plenty of green and where to have fun with family, I recommend Ainahue, has slides (pay aside) where children will unload all the batteries they carry, eat outdoors or in a restaurant, if it is hot you have swimming pools and water games , if you are cold you go to the heated pool (wear a bathing cap). If you want to stay they have cabins, if you want to spend the afternoon you only pay the entrance. It is a place relatively close to Concepción. While not very cheap, it is nice and well maintained. Recommended any day of the year.
Excellent place to relax. I had a great day in the pic nic area and the pools.
Nice, but overpriced. There are extra fees for use of the water slides, warm pool etc.
