Landmark · Tourist Spot
Sit and take a break from your day's activities at Plaza de Armas de Ancud, a small but bustling central square that regularly hosts a craft bazaar. Overlooked by the town hall, the square displays a collection of mythological Chilote sculptures in the central gazebo, echoing a similar collection in the nearby regional museum (located one block south). The city's tourist information office also sits on the south side of the square.
