Gillespie's Fine Spirits, Squamish

Didn't have a chance to enjoy a cocktail but did sample their spirits. Very tasty, the difference between the wheat vodka and the rye vodka is astounding! Both amazing in their own right. The gin is also well worth the trip.

This is a great little Vodka/Gin tasting bar. It's very trendy inside with leather couches and a fun little two seat bar where you can participate in a very nice tasting involving 5 of there own Vodkas and Gins. The tasting is $5 to sample 3 flavours or $8 for all 5 flavours. Seems like a no brainer! The fun twists on the Vodks and Gins they brew were refreshing. Fun thing to do on a Sunday afternoon. Cheers
