Vinstitute Wine School is amazingly good. Moss is an excellent teacher, making every class interactive and personal. Every class is different as they reflect the interests of that class. Very hard to accomplish in real life, but he does. Exceptional.

Vinstitute’s Vinsight course - the Fundamentals of Tasting - far exceeded my expectations. I expected the course to be ponderous and somewhat dry; it was anything but. Moss is a fantastic course leader - so clear in his explanations, so relevant in what he says and how he says it, and with a great sense of humour. Although I’ve attempted to learn more about wine on my own, there’s just something about what Moss teaches and more importantly how he teaches it that finally made things all come together. A very, very enjoyable and valuable couple of hours. I’ll be recommending this course to all my Okanagan visitors.
