Blasted Church Vineyards, Okanagan Falls

We enjoyed our first visit to Blasted Church last month and were pleasantly surprised. It was near the end of the day and the woman working in the tasting room was incredibly friendly, funny, and helpful. We enjoyed the story behind the winery name, the irreverent humour in their branding, and we tried some really nice wines as well! It was really fun to taste their small batch menu (four special wines aged in clay amphora)--often, wineries won't share small batch wines in the tasting rooms, so it felt special that we were able to experience them. We will definitely come back!

A very special winery. I love that the owner experiments with his wine making. They always have something new and exciting to taste and their wines are consistently delicious. On top of that the Vineyard is breathtaking. I would highly recommend a visit to Blasted Church. Don’t forget about Black Dog Cellars just down the road, might as well check out that gem while you’re up there!
