Must see · Waterfall · Nature / Park
Trek through the lush mountain valleys to see Bridal Veil Falls Provincial Park, standing at 122 m (400 ft) high. The water cascades over a wide rock face, creating a "veil-like" effect in the form of a flowing white mist of water. The hike among the raw natural forest is relatively easy for all ages. Stop for a picnic and take time to notice the birds of the region, including singing thrush, black-throated gray warbler, and red-breasted nuthatches. Watch your footing at the base of the waterfall, as it is a hazardous area. • The falls are gorgeous! Although the walk to them is all uphill it is a very short walk. It is not often you get wonderful scenery like this so close to the highway. This is definitely a must stop in....  more »
  • We parked along the road, very narrow, limited parking here. We walked up the path, took approx. 25min and falls came into view. Go when the sun is shinning on the falls, approx. 130pm as you do get.....  more »
  • Spectacularly amazing! Definitely a must visit! The park itself, besides the falls, is also very beautiful and well laid out. Only complaint is that people themselves are messy and don't pack out all the trash they pack in, even though receptacles are very visible and throughout the park. But gorgeous place, highly recommended you stop in!
  • This is a very pretty fall and has stunning views. It has a short ten minute trail to the water fall base. From there you can see the amazing waterfall which is 100% worth it. Pros: Good parking Hiking trail Breathtaking view of waterfall Cons: Nothing. This was an amazing waterfall but a little hard to enter the park. Overall this was a very nice waterfall even though I have visited several other falls in the past.
