  • I do not recommend. I made a reservation on April 25th for the day 09 May 2019. I was waiting at the desk from my hotel at 07.15 as scheduled but no one appeared. I had to call and the reservation...  more »
  • We paid 21$ for 3 days per bike. They were great fun once we had sorted out the battery issues. Batteries are supposed to last for about 40km, but all batteries wear down eventually and we suspect...  more »

  • Despite all the good comments, I’ll just give 1 star or 0 if I could - We rent 2 bikes and we borrowed the charger that we could charge at hotel overnight. Firstly, the charger doesn’t work. For One of the bike , battery was still low on the next morning. We went back and Change the new battery for that bike. For my bike, the power was always shown fully charged on the bike. On the way back to town at late afternoon, the bike battery went from fully charged to zero all of a sudden and I was stuck in the dark at Angkor big loop. Phone call no answer. I pulled over my bike off street and tried to walk in the dark back to town (11km). On the way back, I was asked for 20$ one way back to town by locals(passer-by). After 4km walk I was stopped by the police that I was told I couldn’t leave the bike here - I have to walk all the way back to drag it back to town. My travel buddy went to the charger station and asked for assistance so that I was able to get back to town! Overall their bikes are just rubbish.
  • My husband and I rented e-bikes for 2 days to explore the temples. It was such an awesome experience! We did a couple of days in the tuk tuk first and really appreciated the added freedom of having our own transportation with the e-bike. The recharge station was super easy. Everyone at the shop was awesome and friendly! Some bikes are faster than others-cruising at 30km was more fun than at 24km. We found 11 and 13 were faster than 20.
