Savannah Bay, Virgin Gorda

#3 of 7 in Wildlife in Virgin Gorda
Water Body · Beach
With a curving, white stretch of soft sand, and a nearby reef to explore, you’ll wonder why Savannah Bay remains so quiet and secluded. One of the island’s largest yet most undeveloped beaches offers excellent snorkeling, thanks to the reef’s close proximity to the shoreline. The beach doesn't have any facilities, so be sure to bring water, sunscreen, umbrellas, and your own snorkeling equipment if you plan to investigate the coral. Currents can be strong, so ensure you choose a calm day to visit. A visit to Savannah Bay represents just the start of the adventure when you use our Virgin Gorda trip planning tool to plot your vacation.
