Cristo Rei do Pantanal is a monument at the highest point of Corumbá, from where you have a beautiful view of the entire city, wetlands, and the Paraguay River. The monument was made by the artist, Corumbaense Izulina Xavier, and is 12 m (40 ft) high. The site is easily accessible by car and the climb to the Christ depicts the way of the cross, where you can contemplate the crucifixion of Jesus.   • Went there.. nothing special, normal small statue on the top of a mountain infront of the city.. but not much view of the city because of many trees.. not worth visiting for my opinion  more »
