The liqueur uses the Kadushi cactus as its distinct ingredient, a native plant of the island also used to make a cactus soup. The cactus is combined with fresh lime juice for a tasty tropical drink. The distillery offers a variety of other exotic liquors and basics including rum, whiskey, and vodka. Expect flocks of parrots and hummingbirds in the Calbas trees above to accompany you while you drink.     Really interesting for tourists. Nice cadushy cactus flavor drink. Lovely fields full of cactus everywhere! Staff friendly. I didn't know that you can "drink" a cactus!  more »

    Limited exebition, some info about the distilation. Basicly a place to sell boose, but in a layd back athmosphere. Not a waste of time  more »

    Pretty cool to learn the history and sample the only cactus liquor in the world. Something you must do even if you aren't really a drinker. If you don't have checked luggage you can purchase bottles that will fit in a quart zip lock your carry on (at an angel). Best one to use is the zip lock with a flat bottom. Also the Cactus teas in loose leaf form, can be purchased but not sampled. The teas don't need to be checked or in a zip lock for your carry on.

    The staff is so friendly and welcoming!! They let us try almost all of the drinks and didn’t even blink an eye! Such a peaceful place to relax and enjoy nature! The cats are a plus too!! We ended up buying 3 different types of liqueur and two ‘party packs’ as they call it! Such an amazing experience.
