Workshop Ali Shamsi, Baku

Visited the place from the outside only. Looks like a cool art gallery with multiple art pieces. It was my birthday and it was in the end of May - a very windy day. The studio is hidden on one of the streets in the old city of Baku. It has amazing exterior design making it the place to be when in Baku, even just for the sake of taking 100 pictures. If I had more time I'd have visited it inside as well.

Beautiful little art studio of the local Azeri artist Ali Shamsi. His work is magnificent and he is very friendly and invites you inside his home to view his artwork. He also gives out small autographs to his guests. His artwork focuses on different things where he uses mixed media. Most of his art work is based on the pomegrante (national fruit of the Azeri) and eyes of cats such as lions, tigers etc.
