Once home to Vienna's monarchy, The Hofburg gives a fascinating look into imperial life through a display of personal items of former Habsburg monarchs. Along with the historical museums, the palace--called the Vienna Hofburg--now houses the president of Austria and offices of the federal government. In the Imperial Apartments, you'll discover the apartments of Franz Joseph and his wife, Elisabeth.   • Beautiful palace. I strongly recommend this place. The tour is complete and really good. You can't miss it! One thing that I didn't like: it's forbidden to take photos.
  • Still miss Vienna, love that city, everything is so gorgeous. You should visit, I was there for the first time,and I'm going back for sure, amazing city. Beautiful architecture and landscape. Should visit all parks and gardens, so the best time to go there spring and summer so you can enjoy colorful streets 😊
