Golf Eichenheim Reviews
This is the service you get when you pay 140 euros to play golf and rent clubs. Doesn't take much to clean clubs. When asked if they have clubs for rent they didn't know. It was like the people were a... more »
Bereits die TeeTime Bestätigung per E-Mail war wundersam: keine Anrede, 2 kryptische Sätze, kein Gruß, kein Absendername. Bei Ankunft vor Ort stellten wir fest, dass die Terrasse geschlossen ist. Das ... more »Even the TeeTime confirmation by e-mail was miraculous: no salutation, 2 cryptic sentences, no greeting, no sender name. Upon arrival on site we noticed that the terrace is closed. The restaurant looks like a furniture store. All dark but walkable. Apparently is being rebuilt. But the receptionist says nothing about it. A stepmotherly alternative can be seen. The restaurant closes at 6 p.m., although the start times are booked until 5 p.m. Where should the golfer go after the round? Green fee a whopping € 99 p.p. The place is great. Varied tracks, beautiful views. Compared to previous years, however, no more flowering plants. The great beds are all gone. We take a cart of water and do not find water, teas, pens or a scorecart. But advertising appears after every hole on the display. Once even a promotional video with sound that is unstoppable. So we seem to be looking for new sources of income. I very much hope that this € will be invested again and become visible to the guest. At the moment everything seems very loveless! Hope this is not the signature of the new owner and operator. The name Kitzbühel alone is not enough to be competitive!
The golf course is stunning and breathtaking. Stunning views and breathtaking climbing between some holes at front 9 :-) E-cart is a good option here, especially when you have other plans on the same day. Some FWs were very wet, but greens were in good shape. Clubhouse is beautiful and our meal was very tasty.
greens were not rolling true although the starter told us they are in marvelous condition. Not worth 95 euros!
