This walk is just a part of Heysen Trail hike. It is a bit far from Wilpena Pound Resort but there is Bridle Gap campsite where many travelers apparently stay. There is a little elevation to deal... more »

good walk with amazing views but its a toughie, well for this old fart anyway, but well worth it the views go on forever more »

Beautiful hike indeed! Not hard, but be careful to not roll your ankles. Wearing the ankle high boots would help. This is one of our regular hike during our 3 weeks Basecamp in the Flinders Ranges for the past few years!
