  • Such a great place! I traveled all the way from France to look at wombats in their natural habitat and this National Park/island is the perfect place to observe them. I stayed four days in one of the old convict rooms which was much more comfortable than I expect (beware of the mosquitoes though!) and I even got the chance to see two wild devils. Definitely the best stop of the Tasmanian tour I did! I highly recommend to stay at the very least 3 days to have enough time to walk around the island and take time to disconnect.
  • Wombats everywhere! Bishop and Clerk is a great hike! A wonderful adventure. Please consider staying a night so you can see all the animals come out.
