Flagstaff Hill Lookout, Port Douglas

Makes for a beautiful walk. Many people gather & set out blankets or have picnics, to watch and take photos of a gorgeous sunset. If you are lucky, you will hear someone playing music on a little ukulele and it really sets the ambiance. The location was recommended to us before we departed from Port Douglas and we were so happy that it was.

Bloody tough walk when you're unfit but worth the views along the way. Comforting to see the fit athletic types needing a rest along the way as well. Great view across the water to the islands and then the view from the lookout is amazing.
