I don't know if there is any reason for people not to love this botanical park, except a bit over crowded. It not only has a large variety rang of plants, also a lot of birds, beautiful view, kids play ground. No matter if you just wanna enjoy your first light of the day, or a beautiful out door lunch ,or just sit down with your friends to enjoy the sunset. This place is amazing for all of those. Plus, you will have wonderful time to walking around and discovery a few secret spot that only belong to you and your friends to have a rest. This park is great for all years visiting. If you enjoy the quiet moment, early morning on week days, would be nice. If you like your kids have fun with others, weekend afternoon would be the best.
The botanical gardens here are spectacular and simply massive. It is a must see if you find yourself in Perth. You could easily spend a few hours just on the botanical gardens section before hiring a bike and riding through the rest of the park. As you are quite elevated it also allows for some really good photo opportunities of the Perth skyline.
