  • Less than a 90 minute walk was extremely rewarding amongst the bush scrub and stunning views. The rock was interesting to see. A short drive from Hawker or Wilpena that is clearly signposted. Thanks.....  more »

  • Moderate walk - takes about 1.5 hours return - great views and will take you up & close to the rocks and cave markings by the indigenous tribes - If in doubt Go Left!
  • A short and not too difficult walk through the bushland to Arkaroo Rock. The rock paintings are now protected by a wire fence but they are still worth visiting if you are in the area.
