  • Great lookout ,well cared for space with plenty of room for a group ... we could actually see Sydney skyline ... amazing. Plus we saw whale spouts. Wow  more »

  • Stunning view back over the ocean. Lookout itself is actually two spots, both look out over the ocean and beach coastline. There is the Winnie Bay Lookout and the Captain Cook Lookout. There is about 15 odd parks at the lookout but not the driveway in is rather steep. There are benches to sit on and picnic tables on the path to the Captain Cook Lookout if you want to stop for a snack. Lookout is non-drinking and has a 150 person weight limit.
  • Gorgeous spot. You don't need to go for a hike to see some amazing northern views up the coast, and there's another viewing platform a minute up the hill that looks amazing for whale watching.
