My now fiancè loved the beautiful white gold and opal ring I picked out for her at the Kuranda store on Saturday. The sales lady was outstanding and lovely to deal with. Unfortunately the following day, my fiancè accidentally knocked the ring and dislodged one of the opals. We were due to fly out the following day but wanted to see if the Cairns store could fix it before leaving. Unfortunately the jeweller wasn't working that day so it couldn't be repaired but they offered to replace the ring with an identical one they had in stock. Wow, this was unexpected. My fiancè who had been fretting about being without her new ring was now smiling again. However, the ring was a little too big so they offered to re-size the ring and send to us before the weekend. Well the ring arrived on Thursday and my fiance is so happy and so am I. Many thanks to all at Regency Jewellers in both Kuranda and Cairns. The ring I bought is beautiful and these guys made a stressful couple of days right so quickly. Will definitely be buying from them again.
