Gaia Retreat & Spa reviews
A truly wonderful place of rest, relaxation and rejuvenation. High quality and private rooms, and a common lounge / deck / dining area that oozes relaxation. The food is a true highlight, served by..... more »
I have wanted to try Gaia Spa for years! I love day spas and have been to many around the world. Voted best day spa is a huge title. I could NOT believe they hold the title. A very dated spa... more »
I took my mother there for a couple of nights getaway few years back. It rained the whole time we were there.. which damnpened the mood and limited the activities to do, but over-all experience was nice. The spa was average experience for me. The hot stone treatment was quite bad. But I enjoyed my pedi and mum enjoyed her massages very much. I think for the price, the spa rooms, pool area and accommodation could be up dated soon. Felt a bit tired. The food was absolutely amazing and would be the main reason to head back there.
Gaia is such a magical place, with superb staff that look after your every need - it is the perfect place to get away from the hectic world and reconnect with your true self. The food is sensational - really top quality produce - there wasn't a single meal I didn't thoroughly enjoy! The spa area is delightful for whiling away the hours between activities - all the treatments I had were magnificent. I cannot fault this place, there wasn't a single moment I didn't love. I would recommend Gaia for anyone wanting time to spoil themselves. I know I will be back as soon as I can!
