Absolutely loved this place. We visited in the middle of January when it was hot and humid as anything but walking along the paths was very enjoyable. Lots of tree coverage. Very well thought out. 3 different nature areas. Heaps to see. The shuttle train was just the icing on the cake for the kids. Staff very approachable.

I would STRONGLY recommend this place to anyone visiting Darwin. It's better than any zoo or wildlife park I've ever been to. The animals were in their comfortable habitats, not distressed by the presence of people. The enclosures were a beautiful representation of native Australian wildlife, and a spectacular showcase of what the NT has to offer. The animals were healthy, active and diverse. The Monsoon forest boardwalk and aviary section were absolutely stunning, immersing you with the birds and producing a wonderful atmosphere. The nocturnal animals and aquarium sections were air-conditioned; a perfectly timed reprieve from the outdoor wet season heat. The train service and staff were all very useful and hospitable. Territory Wildlife Park managed to produce a wholesome wildlife experience while still maintaining the integrity and respect for the wildlife they were showcasing. Well deserved 5⭐️.
