I understand the reason to cancel due to numbers but was totally disappointed by the fact we had organized our trip with this experience and to be only told on the day, by me contacting them. That it was cancelled. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed with treatment I received from scootero. I was the last person to practice on the bikes and had less than 10 mins to learn to use them . I had no experience at driving a bike so therefore was very nervous . There was 5 in my group that where use to driving motorbikes but they got to practice before me allowing them more time which goes to show how badly managed the tour is. The instructor ( guy from holland) didn’t allow me to take part in the tour as he said I wasn’t good enough, they didn’t give me a different instructor to try help me just told was I wasn’t allowed participate in the activity. He made me feel very uneasy the way he talked down to me and made me feel useless/ worthless. They never made it clear when I made the payment that I wouldn’t get a refund if I couldn’t go on the trip. Therefore I lost out on 85 dollars. I have never wrote a bad review before as I know what it can do to a business but I have never experienced such rudeness and unprofessionalism in my life . I felt The need to write this to warn other bag packers about these con men as 85$ is too much money to lose out on while traveling. The whole experience left me extremely upset for the rest of the day. They were simply rushed for time and did not give the care / time needed for a less confident driver. First bad experience iv had since arriving in Australia. Very disappointed!
