I normally don't leave negative reviews but after tonight I find it necessary. After witnessing the incompetence (or intentional negligence) from the dealers, such as not actually cutting the deck after placing the cut card, and skipping players when they have a 16 and the dealer has a 10, I don't feel comfortable gambling in this establishment. While this behavior might have been a fluke, it is unacceptable nonetheless.
