  • Will make it simple and direct , this tour is a must, I won’t be mentioning anything about people who put 1-2 stars for this guide, because it doesn’t worth to give them any attention, the concept of....  more »
  • The guide has a lot of knowledge about history, arts and culture. He has some really good insights and I liked his sense of humor most of the time. You feel like going back in time. He could be just more welcoming. He was quite rude with the guy who arrived late; and also with another tourist who stopped to listen him for a little bit while he was talking to the group. He could speak a bit slower, because most of the people do not have English as a first language and he shares really solid information.
  • A friend and I went on Vako's tour and were super impressed. Firstly, Yerevan is a fantastic city. And Vako's deep knowledge and passion for his city really helped us understand where we were. In the three hour tour Vako covered a lot of ground and squeezed tons of information into us, and a few jokes too. It was a very well balanced tour with lots of history, architecture, social stuff and even jokes thrown in. Vako is a very well traveled man and an artist with plenty of his own stories, which kept the tour personable and light. And we even went to a funky bar together for a beer after the tour. Highly recommended!
