Immerse yourself in Argentinian wildlife at Sendero Macuco. Take a hike for 7 km (4.3 mi) roundtrip to experience the waterfalls. Along the way keep an eye out for local animal life, especially the Cai monkeys. These monkeys are indigenous to the area and can be seen in the trees and on the path. The path itself can be challenging, so be sure to wear proper shoes. Also, you may want to take swimming gear so you can plunge into the cooling pool at the waterfall.
