Trip Planner: South America / Argentina / Central Argentina / Province of Buenos Aires / Mar del Plata / Punta Mogotes
A large complex of resorts and paved roads, Punta Mogotes developed during the 1980s on a wild landscape featuring mostly coastal sand dunes. Shops, cafes, restaurants, artificial lakes, volleyball and football courts now line the 4 km (2.5 mi) long stretch of beaches. Bring your own umbrella if you do not wish to pay for a tent. When you get tired of basking in the sun, make an appointment at one of many spas. If you need to change the scenery, take a walk to the old lighthouse. It couldn't be easier to arrange your visit to Punta Mogotes and many more Mar del Plata attractions: make an itinerary online using Inspirock's Mar del Plata trip planner.

There are no employees in the municipality who can clean and maintain the area as they should? Other than season is no reason to leave everything abandoned and then in the summer pose a sceentography as if it were a staging. No more dirt on our dear Aregtnia and please MAINTENANCE!!!!

It certainly has the largest infrastructure in the region divided by large tents (kiosks) with many chairs, umbrellas and tents occupying the extensive sand strip of the beach. The parking lot is gigantic. We went in the winter and it was pretty empty, but I think, by the size of the structure, it should be crowded during the summer.
Best beaches in the coast, a little bit far from everything.
Very nice comfortable and cute to spend with family if you put water for when you leave the sand to wash my feet and other... Because in the bathrooms do not let you get water 💧SINO out full of sand and muddy
