While modern travelers come here to soak up the sun, sand, and sea Playa Varese has some historical relevance as well. In the 19th century, when it was called Playa de los Ingleses, this beach was frequented by the country's upper class and was lined with wooden houses. Today this famous Mar del plata resort is a popular spot for local and foreign vacationers. To avoid major crowds, visit during the off season when fewer people visit. • Definitely the kind of place you need to relax, think or just have some fun, there's a space for anything you might want to do here in Mar Del Plata and of course then there's the beach you won't want to leave.
  • Nice place to scape from Baires and take a sunbath, amazing contrast between the beach, the parks and the buildings
