  • We had an audio tour that offered us very great insight in the construction and the history in this stunning building, we explored places not found as 'normal' visitors. Can I fully recommend anyone.

  • This was an amazing experience, not just beautiful but, huge and busy and so special to actually be here, toilet lines are very long but plenty of places to shop and eat  more »

  • Two big station to Marine Lines and too much crowd always you can see from the hair station start add entry of the gate and the place is too busy always cloudy well maintained cleaned staff clean a platform as you can see .... Nice place to visit with your family friends and loved ones and job holidays and pick new station
  • It's well preserved and maintained public facilities, despite of the age. Great architecture, love it.
  • Grand Central Terminal and Grand Central Station are one and the same and Maps order merge the into one keeping the name of Grand Central Terminal because that is what it is a terminal. I have a more detailed review about the terminal on the Grand Central Station entry.
  • Cool place. Really busy, esp during peak hours (obviously). Not much to do or see there if you're just checking the place out as a tourist
  • One of the must sees in NYC. Lots of shops and places to eat. But the real star is the architecture. There are lots of people standing around taking pictures so be careful not to run into them.

Where to stay in New York City

The first step to finding accommodations in New York City is finding the right neighborhood. Manhattan, where most visitors end up, offers some of the most expensive rooms in the world, though there are lower-budget options, such as hostels with shared restrooms. Reduce your costs by basing yourself in one of the outer boroughs, but beware of low-end motels where you may end up sharing the premises with hourly customers. Alternatively, stay along the New Jersey shore, offering all the major chain hotels at considerably lower prices than their Manhattan equivalents.
