Famous for the groves of coconut trees from which it takes its name, Kovalam offers a long, white sandy beach on the Arabian Sea.
On the 15th (Wed), admire the striking features of Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple, then stop by Ramachandran, and then don't miss a visit to Pazhavangadi Ganapathy Temple. Keep things going the next day: tour the pleasant surroundings at Kovalam Beach, then enjoy the sand and surf at Lighthouse Beach, and then enjoy the sand and surf at Hawa Beach.
