On the 12th (Sat), contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Umananda Temple, then contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Kamakhya Temple, and then take in the spiritual surroundings of Navagraha Temple.

Established as the capital of Assam by the British, the hill station of Shillong today serves as the capital of Meghalaya, created in 1972.
Venture out of the city with trips to Cherrapunjee (Mawsmai Cave & Nohkalikai Falls). And it doesn't end there: examine the collection at Don Bosco Centre for Indigenous Cultures, take in the architecture and atmosphere at All Saints Church, don't miss a visit to Shillong View Point, and contemplate the waterfront views at Ward's Lake.
