One of the most sacred Buddhist sites in the world, Bodh Gaya has risen to international fame as the place where Prince Siddhartha sat under the Bodhi tree and gained enlightenment some 2,600 years ago.
On the 8th (Wed), contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Royal Bhutan Monastery, then appreciate the history behind Great Buddha Statue, then admire the striking features of Mahabodhi Temple, and finally make a trip to Bodhi Tree. Patna is known for historic sites, parks, museums, shopping, and childrens museums.
