Ancient City Reviews
Being an annual traveller to Bangkok, I have seen a lot of the sights on offer so am always scratching around for something new and this attraction was suggested to me by Bangkok Walking Adventures (w... more »
A faire absolument pour avoir à la fois un condensé des principaux monuments en Thaïlande mais aussi pour le faire loin du tumulte et de la foule de touristes. Un peu cher c'est vrai mais j'ai trouvé ... more »To have both a summary of the main monuments in Thailand but also to do away from the bustle and crowds of tourists not to be missed. A bit expensive it is true but I found great to browse quietly by bike. Allow 3 hours minimum.
"Муанг Боран" - это огромнейший парк с достопримечательностями Таиланда. Билеты приобретал на месте. В парке много деревьев, прудов, фонтанов, водопадов и речка. Очень много птиц. A lot of birds. Free electronic audio guides. There are in Russian. The Park I spent 4:00 on a free bike and just see. My advice-better move on jelektrokare because the saddle bike with unaccustomed to shreds "sidalishhe". The only negative-very much 2-storey buses (Chinese tourists), which in some places hard to steer around. Very pleasant experience ...
A fantastic place to visit. To get the best from this place it will take up your day. A good tip is if you drive your own car they will let you drive it around the park. If you don't have your own car you can hire golf buggies by the hour but this can work out very expensive. The other option to get around is by free push bikes. There are many places to eat & drink around the park at reasonable prices & quite good food. There are also little market stalls around the park to buy souvenirs.
speechless. worth the money to get in. next time will spend a whole day there. great experience going around with a golf cart and biking. entrance fee is discounted after 5pm. amazing work by the foundation. great miniatures and buildings. yummy and cheap foods outside of the area and would come back to some restaurants inside, around the floating village. cant forget how amazing the milk tea was!
Beautiful, a must see in Bangkok. Make sure you get your hands on them headphones as the guides hardly know any English at all. Also it turns out it's half price after 4 o clock. I would recommend a tram tour if riding a bicycle in the heat is not your cup of tea.
For someone who wants to travel Thailand, know it from brochure and pictures but still not sure where to go. This place in Bangkok could help you out. Or Mini Siam @Pattaya. You can see first impression about what's waiting there. Both places fill eachother, but still not show all. For example ROI Et temple... But still good impression. This ancient place have a resort where you could stay, and with free bike you can explore it .
A beautiful place to see if you visit Bangkok. You will learn a lot about their culture, architecture and food. We spent the whole day when we went here. We rented a bike in the morning to explore the place before taking the guided tour after lunch.
