  • Beautiful natural reserves. I admire how people protect nature here, very clean and well organized. Spent time here only one day so we just went to the waterfall. Will come back in the future for camping
  • Thailand's oldest national park and still one of the best if you plan things properly. Being only 3 - 4 hours from Bangkok it's easy enough to access but due to many of the sightseeing attractions being spread far apart the best way to see it is by using your own private transportation. For the waterfalls the best time is the rainy season when there are a lot less visitors. NOTE: during the rainy season there are lots of leaches about so take a salt shaker with you. If you have a leach burrowed into your flesh simply sprinkle some salt on it and by the count of five it will have pulled out of your flesh. Works every time.
  • Good khao Yai @ Vantour & transport Bangkok- khao Yai National
  • Nice park. Lots of places where you can go hiking. Campgrounds are nice expect for those leeches.
  • Nothing spectacular, but we did enjoy a hike through the jungle, a crocodile, waterfall and the highlight was a mama elephant with two babies. No guarantees you'll see the elephants since they're wild but pretty cool if you do.
