  • Great place if you love cats and dogs! Staff were nice and answered our questions. We got to play with many cats, and walk dogs. Place is surprisingly clean if you see how many animals live there. Bring mosquito repellent if you go walk a dog, will make you enjoy the walk in the forest.
  • Nice and important place for the island. You can walk dogs, pet cats, or just spend the day. I suggest early in the morning if you want to walk the dogs. And tours are over at two pm. You can also help fly an animal home
  • This is an amazing service to Lanta and all of Thailand (they provide care to adjacent islands as well). It is very organized, clean, and well run. I suggest walking Andzrej on the beach because he loves running and swimming! We asked to go on a beach walk and they gave us a dog that hated water! For your own sake and the dogs' sake, make sure you ask for a dog that is suited to the walk you're going on, because the staff won't do it for you. The red haired lady (CFO) is kind of weird and will tell you some kind of suspect things about the hospital (she gave us a very sketchy answer when we asked if it was a no-kill shelter), but don't let this affect your experience because the rest of the staff are friendly and not weird. The cats in the Kitty City area are very well socialized to humans and are fun to play with.
  • Spent a lovely afternoon there, we made sure to go just before 3pm so we got a chance to take some of the doggies out for a walk. You cannot walk them in certain times of the day because it is too hot, check the website for the different times. After that we got food and drinks from the cafe which is situated in the cat city bit so you can play with the cats too. They love to try eat your chocolate brownie! The food there is really nice too and vegan!!! But tastes amazing!!
  • Amazing place that does so much good. Go walk the dogs, play with the cats, take a cooking class or volunteer here long term. One of the best things to do on the island
