Originally established in 1874 by King Rama V to showcase his father's private collection of artwork, the museum now ranks among the largest in Southeast Asia and displays various aspects of Thai heritage. You can admire everything from precious stones to ornamental clothes, and from prehistoric artifacts to royal thrones. In addition to the rich Thai collection, the museum displays objects from other parts of Southeast Asia and China, including weapons, sculptures, and musical instruments. • If you have time to spare can go. Very large, full of wings. To get there aren't many signs like everything here. Paid attraction. After a few days things tend to stay the same.

  • The facility has numerous buildings. They currently have many buildings under renovation. The areas that are open are lovely. The removal of shoes other than the temple should be stopped. The royal carriages are beautiful.
  • This was a highlight of our stay in Bangkok. There were several exhibition areas, and although some were under renovation, there was still plenty to see. There were so many great artifacts from Thailand's history and culture. Definitely worth visiting!
  • This is an amazing museum that reflects the history of Thailand. Nicely kept artifacts and historical tools of Thailand. The environment inside the museum is calm. Audio guide in different languages can be obtained from the reception.
  • The National Museum houses one of the best collections of art including Buddhist and devotional art, as well as some pieces belonging to the Thai royal family. A must-visit.
  • 500 bahts entrance tickets . Lots of things of national importance. Highly recommended.
