  • I liked it a lot, has a standard good Museum. A well-structured path in the history of the different coins and historical-political periods that the archipelago has gone through. To be seen absolutely if you're in Jakarta, makes you want to delve into many things once you leave. Unfortunately some of the rooms were under renovation, but everything else was fully accessible to large. Good captions in English, several students who read the history of money in their country, so large and differentiated. A real learning situation. Links with different historical eras are well marked and there's a numismatic collection that I would not have expected. I repeat, for the Indonesian museum standards, deserves.

  • Simply the most convenient and comfortable museum in Kota Tua area. A must visit place! From the outside it looks grande with white big pillars. On the inside, everything is fine. From the lightning, cool temperature and well designed rooms. The historic collections are also varied from the earliest to the latest. Some spots have cool technology to enhance your experience there!
  • I really enjoyed and learnt many things about money from this museum. Don't forget to go to the basement where the real museum lies. Entrance fee is only 5000 Rupee. Outside there is a nice cafe.
  • Interesting place to spend your free time. Lots of histories about money and Indonesian bank to read. Perfectly suit place even if you're just hanging around and take some pictures in there. The entrance ticket's only Rp 5.000!
  • A relic of history... from trading to monetary. This museum takes you through Indonesian economy history from the dynasty era to the modern era. A good place for children and family.
  • Amazing experience, only pay for Rp. 5000. Really worth, very good, many collection and history you could get here. Nice place.. I recommend you to visit
