  • Very well restored fort. The signage within the premises is excellent and there are plenty of explanations. The views from the fort are captivating. There's a very courteous free Van service to the top and back for Senior Citizens and the differently enabled. Highly recommended.
  • This historical place has been maintained very well... Van services for elderly people to pick and drop people... Best place for photoshoot too.. Ticket price on Sunday and public holidays is ₹10/- and rest days ₹50/-... Open till 1730 hours
  • Old well maintained fort. Entry fee on Sunday is 20₹ . The view from top is spectacular. You need atleast 1 hour to see the whole fort.
  • Beautiful , green and clean. The weather at the top of the fort is worth the climb to reach the fort. The entry fee also is very reasonable.
  • Classic example if fort architecture, beautifully designed and has a great view. The Mario Miranda gallery comes across as a happy surprise ! Worth a visit !!

Where to stay in Goa

One of the more affordable regions for staying in India, Goa offers a good range of sleeping options, from budget to luxurious. Visitors looking for that feeling of home away from home can explore rental apartments, which offer more space than a hotel room and often come with fully equipped kitchens. Look for an apartment in Oxel or Siolim, peaceful villages with gated communities and a range of facilities. Beach houses and private villas offer an alternative for those with deeper pockets, while beach huts/shacks work well for budget-conscious travelers.
