  • Amazing place/Palace... Everyone should see and know the life, history social status, political status and the family of the kings who ruled us. We can see just 40% of the palace only now. Still the family of the kings are living in the palace. The architecture of the palace is apart from the words. The guide told me that the Electricity bill for 1 hour will cost about rupees 85000 per hour while lighting in holidays... You should see and enjoy it... Royal salute...
  • A nice place to visit. You will enjoy the rich architecture of the palace. Palace outside can be maintained better, washroom hygiene and providing adequate dust bins. You will find a huge crowd most of the time in the year. I felt the association is trying to make money as much as possible and where ever possible inside the palace.
  • I was really excited to go and see this place but I did not find it much interesting. It is a big and huge palace and there are lot of things to look at and know/learn something, but there should be some guide to explain about them. There is no one when I went and we were just wandering around looking at everything and taking pics without knowing about their history. We might have gone at a peak time when there are many people or we might have missed a guide, but the place is historical and is watchable
  • Wow loved it.. The beauty is its view as u enter to its entrance. The old monomuent is really so wonderful and there are many old materials and ornaments and some written words which are eye catching. Beside this there is an old temple too which is so famous for a story of a king. Must visit and explore your own experience.
  • Must visit! Plan your tour for a Sunday so that you can see the palace during the day and the lights in the evening. The lights are turned on around 6 pm and the ultimate wow effect is at 7 pm sharp. You may want to hang around in front of the palace from 6 - 6:30 pm to secure a good spot to get a good view of the palace when it lights up. Personally I found it was worth the wait.
