Bandra-Worli Sea Link, Mumbai

4.6
A cable-stayed bridge, Bandra-Worli Sea Link connects the city's west suburban zones with the downtown core over the waters of Mahim Bay. With four lanes of traffic each way, the bridge serves drivers looking to cut down on travel time by avoiding the less-direct freeway routes. Enjoy the view over the sea as you zip across the causeway, as well as the impressive 128 m (420 ft) tall pylon towers and their cables that help to support the structure. Keep in mind that stopping on the bridge for photography is not allowed. • THIS IS WHAT I WAS EXCITED ABOUT AND WAITING FOR THE WHOLE TIME. INDIA HAS A SEA LINK. We were in the taxi; windows were down, riding above the sea, cool wind, huge towers and thick ropes above us. It is an architectural marvel of India. I was wondering this 5-6 Km drive, late in the night with friends, would me so much fun. I cannot describe the feeling of experiencing the moment you were waiting for. The ┬áSea link is not accessible to pedestrians; two-wheeled cycles and three-wheeled vehicles are prohibited as well, so you would have to take a taxi to drive through there.
  • Bandra worli sea link An engineering marvel with mind blowing views surrounding it. I had a wonderful experience at this place. Traveling over the bridge gives you a sense of being suspended between air and sea, and disconnected from the city.Driving on it feels amazing and it saves a lot of time at night time you will fall in love with the lighting and day time with sea,Well maintained and love travelling on that bridge. There's no traffic and it's affordable because it cut downs our travelling from Bandra to Worli ......
  • One of the iconic places of Mumbai which is rarely a recent structure buying built. It connects Bandra and Working over the sea. Though it isn't long enough, but it helped ease a lot of traffic in that vicinity. The toll price has increased too. Now one way will cost you Rs. 70 while Rs. 130 for a return. And there is one day pass also.
  • It is a good drive on Bandra Worli sea link. It reduces the travel time but more important is you can avoid the traffic nuisance o Mumbai. You need to pay a toll to get through Bandra Worli sea link. Good drive especially at night.
  • Bandra Worli sea link is one of the best monument created by gov for development of city . Sea link will connect Worli and Bandra from ocean by bridge.
