  • Somewhat okay facilities. Lacks seating options corresponding to number of visitors. Good for shopping for clothes, especially the lulu fashion store. Dining area on the top floor is quite big. Hypermarket of Lulu has almost everything for a home. Separate big store for electronics. Overall, a good place to indulge in shopping. Very few other entertainment available for adults. Only option is movie halls and some eateries. Got snooker and bowling area. After all, it's a mall. So don't go there if you don't love shopping, eating, or watching movies. Has never seen the place run out of parking space despite people coming in from all over Kerala and outside. Regarding shopping, it's better to go there as the traders in Kochi would sell you things that lack in quality and ask for prices of first-quality branded stuff. Here, you at least get good brands at regular prices of those respective brands. Go there for shopping for the wide selection available rather than discounts.
  • Truly international - that's the best words to define this place. You will begin to feel it when you enter in to this mall. Lulu is India's finest shopping destination. This place meets all your shopping, food & entertainment needs. You can find all of your favourite brands there. You will all you favourite foods there. The mall has a lot of entertainment options to treat you all well. After all it's a favourite destinations for kids.!!
  • Wide range of options in the hypermarket. Has something for everyone, though most staff do have that know-all air.. probably proud to work there, but sometimes it runs uncomfortably on the customer. The Mall has options for almost everyone. Most independent shops/brands have excellent service. Not sure, but we think, overall a bit pricier than other malls. Food court is where things do not come near expectations. Average taste in most stalls. I think the most high priced among similar food courts. However, Service and Ambience are good, Care for Hygiene is great! Very clean! The housekeeping staff and supervisors do a visibly excellent job. Kudos!!

  • Its a nice place. Neat and clean. Lots of shops and restaurants. The hypermarket is a bliss. There is rarely anything that we cant find here. But i felt like shopping in lulu is overall a costly process. The same stuff can be bought outside much cheap. Especially the food court at the top is really expensive. So if you are planning to have food, better you get it from the hypermarket and take it to the top. Another issue is the huge crowd over here during weekends. Literally you will find it difficult to even walk through the mall. So better come during the week days if you want to have a relaxed experience.
